With the introduction of DVD to the consumer
market, video is beginning to fall by the wayside. A typical
video has a shelf life of approximately 7 to 10 years (based
on average use) before the magnetic signal embedded on the tape
begins to disintegrate and the tape becomes useless. DVD has
an estimated shelf life of 150 years (of course, it hasn't been
around long enough for anyone to prove - or disprove - that claim).
One thing is for certain, the image quality surpasses that of
video. Advanced Concepts takes great pride in monitoring the
image quality of your videos during the transfer process. Using
Video Broadcast Processors we are able to balance the color,
light, tint and contrast of the video for outstanding results.
In many cases, we can make the transferred images cleaner and
brighter than the original (sorry, we can't do anything about
video that is shot out of focus!). We can produce the transfer
in either the "+R" or "-R" format, and the
finished DVD is compatible with nearly all consumer grade DVD
players.
Price: $10.00 per
video (based on a two hour video tape)
+ $5.00 per disk (multiple tapes may be put on a single disk)
* * additional copies of the same DVD - $5.00 each * *
The finished DVD has a full color
thermal printed label and is delivered in a slim line jewel case.
Advanced Concepts also has the capability of replicating 21 copies
at a time, and lightening fast turn around for projects up to
500 copies.
